Do I receive a certificate after completing a course?
Yes, upon sucessful completion of a course you will receive a certificate. The type of certificate depends on the course you have completed – this may include a nationally accredited qualification (from QCTO), an industry-recognised certification or CPD certification.
What is the duration of your courses?
The duration of our courses varies depending on the type and level of training you are enrolling for. Some courses, such as registered qualifications and certifications accredited by SETA/QCTO, may take several months/ years to complete due to their comprehensive nature. On the other hand, short training courses and workshops are designed to be completed in a shorter period, ranging from a few days to a few weeks, depending on the content and objectives. Do you offer payment plans or financial assistance?
- Full Payment – Pay the full course fee upfront.
- Installment Plan – Choose from 3-month, 6-month, or 12-month installment options.
- Deposit + Monthly Payments – Pay an initial deposit and settle the balance in monthly installments.
- Company-Sponsored Training/Learnerships – Employers can sponsor employees for training, and we can facilitate the payment process accordingly.

Are all your courses accredited?
Yes, many of our courses are accredited by recognized bodies such as QCTO/SETA and other internationally recognised bodies. These accredited programs meet industry and regulatory standards, ensuring high-quality training and certification.
We also offer unaccredited training courses and workshops that focus on practical skills and industry-specific knowledge. While these programs do not lead to formal qualifications, participants will receive a Certificate of Competence or Completion and/or a Statement of Results (SOR) upon successfully meeting the course requirements.
