Understanding the statutory and regulatory environment governing skills development.

A qualified learner will be able to:
Understand the statutory learning and development environment, including the South African Qualifications Authority (SAQA), National Qualifications Framework (NQF), and relevant regulations governing skills development.
Plan, conduct, and report on a learning and development needs analysis in the workplace.
